Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage key human resources functions within our organization, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Core Responsibilities: Recruitment&Onboarding: Design and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top candidates. Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the complete onboarding process for new employees. Handle all aspects of visa processing, renewal, cancellation, and coordinate with relevant government authorities. HR Administration: Maintain up-to-date employee records and manage HR databases efficiently. Administer employee benefits programs and resolve any related inquiries. Compliance&Policy Management: Ensure strict adherence to UAE labor laws and regulations. Regularly update and refine HR policies and procedures to reflect industry best practices. Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee questions and concerns. Promote a positive work environment by facilitating open communication and resolving conflicts effectively. Training&Development: Assess training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives. Support managers in addressing performance-related issues, and lead workshops and training sessions to improve employee skills and overall performance. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources. Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an HR role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment. HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and UAE labor laws. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Mobility: Valid driving license or reliable transportation to the office.
