Rotate between product squads to tackle complex technical issues and elevate engineering practices. Establish processes for interaction and knowledge sharing among chapter members across different squads. Define and uphold engineering standards and methodologies, ensuring consistency and excellence across the organization. Foster a culture of continuous feedback and professional growth, supporting chapter members' career progression. Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation of chapter members. Shape the chapter's culture, promoting community building, innovation, and high-performance standards.
