The Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Air&Sea Freight Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the air and sea freight logistics industry. The role will be based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our logistics and ecommerce operations. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet revenue targets in the air and sea freight logistics sector. Identify and pursue new business opportunities including lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing client relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of freight services and meet customer requirements. Negotiate and finalize contracts, rates, and terms with clients to secure profitable business deals. Keep abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and improvement. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management for review and strategic decision-making. Lead end-to-end sales interaction with customers and manage sales internally within the organization. Requirements: Proven track record of success in sales within the air and sea freight logistics or related industry, with at least 2 to 3 years of related work experience. Deep understanding of logistics and supply chain management including knowledge of air and sea freight operations, regulations, and import or export documentation. Strong networking, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and industry partners. Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth. UAE driver's license is an advantage. Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in sales and logistics management would be an advantage.
