Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Draftsman to join our team and work closely with our 3D Interior Designer. The ideal candidate will have expertise in 3ds Max, SketchUp, and rendering programs, and will be responsible for creating detailed drafts and 3D models for various interior design projects. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the 3D Interior Designer to develop detailed drafts and 3D models for interior design projects. Utilize 3ds Max, SketchUp, and rendering software to create high-quality visual representations of design concepts. Prepare technical drawings and specifications based on design requirements and project scope. Review and revise drafts and models based on feedback from the design team and clients. Ensure all drafts and 3D models meet project standards and are completed within deadlines. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in 3D modeling and rendering. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Draftsman or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing 3D design work. Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Corona). Solid understanding of architectural and interior design principles. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and modeling. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a design team. Knowledge of current design trends and technologies.
