As the House Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the household, including supervising staff, maintaining the property, and ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of the residents.Responsibilities:Manage and supervise all household staff, including housekeepers, cooks, gardeners, etc.Create schedules for staff and ensure proper coverage at all times.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.Maintain the household budget and handle all financial transactions related to the household.Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance of the property.Ensure that all supplies are stocked and available at all times.Oversee household events and functions, including guest management and event planning.Manage household inventory, including valuable items such as artwork or antiques.Communicate effectively with residents to ensure their needs are met at all times.Requirements:Minimum of 5 years experience as a House Manager in a similar setting.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in English.Ability to manage a multicultural team.Knowledge of basic accounting principles.Ability to work flexible hours as needed.Must be able to work legally in Qatar with visa sponsorship.This is a full-time position with potential for growth within the organization.
