Construction Manager vacancy in Al-Rayyan QatarAs a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. You will be leading a team of skilled workers and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.Responsibilities:Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful completion of construction projects.Oversee the selection and hiring of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.Monitor progress and productivity on job sites to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications.Conduct regular site visits to identify any potential issues or delays and take necessary corrective actions.Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions they may have.Prepare regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all workers on site.Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as needed.Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the course of a project.Requirements:Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in the Indian community in Al-Rayyan preferred.Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively lead a team.Proficient in budget management and cost control.Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Salary: 1200$ per monthThis is a full-time position with visa sponsorship provided.
