Job location: Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia (On-site)Dear Job Hunters, we are in urgent need of the following positions:Sr. FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEER (PROJECT-IN-CHARGE)FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEERFIRE SYSTEMS MECHANICAL TECHNICIANFIRE SYSTEMS INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIANSalary Requirements:1) Please send us your expected salary.Job DescriptionSr. FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEER (PROJECT-IN-CHARGE)Supervise the activities of the Field Technical crews and schedule work crew activities in conjunction with the Technical Aide.Develop Maintenance Procedures.Perform random Quality Assurance Inspections of work performed by Field Crews.Ensure system documentation and drawings are up to date.Act as trainer for new technicians.Review Inspection & Testing Reports submitted by the Fire Protection Engineer for accuracy and recommend actions concerning system discrepancies noted or observed by the field crews.Review/evaluate existing fixed systems and recommend actions to improve system reliability and effectiveness.Investigate equipment/system failures, provide recommendations, and submit findings/reports to COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.Conduct safety orientation meetings at the workshop for field crews at least once a month or as directed by the COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.Perform other related duties as required by the COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.FIRE PROTECTION ENGINEER:Inspect and evaluate existing buildings and facilities for compliance with COMPANY fire protection engineering standards.Identify, study, and evaluate existing fire detection and protection systems in COMPANY facilities, including reviewing design packages of proposed systems and providing comments/recommendations. Submit findings/reports to COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.Prepare and submit reports complete with updated drawings/layouts on service orders completed by the crew assigned under his responsibility.Provide technical assistance in fire incident investigations and training programs.Provide familiarization training to COMPANY personnel on fire protection/fire prevention matters and standard procedures for maintenance/servicing of fire detection and protection systems and equipment.Investigate, study, and analyze possible causes of equipment/system failures, provide recommendations and corrective measures, and submit findings/reports to COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.Conduct safety orientation meetings for field crews at least once a month.Conduct quality assurance inspections of the work of the field crew under his supervision.Perform other related duties as directed by the COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.FIRE SYSTEMS MECHANICAL TECHNICIANReview I&T Reports of the mechanical portion of the fire protection system to ensure they are in good operating condition.Locate faults and other problems in the equipment or system through appropriate diagnostic tests, measurements, and analyses to determine the nature of repairs and required replacement parts.Conduct repairs and preventive maintenance of equipment and systems.Develop mechanical layouts and schematics of the facility inspected.Perform other related duties as required by the Maintenance Engineer or COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.FIRE SYSTEMS INSTRUMENTATION TECHNICIANReview I&T Reports of the electronic/electrical portion of the fire protection system to ensure they are in good operating condition.Locate faults and other problems in the system through appropriate diagnostic tests, measurements, and analyses to determine the nature of repairs and required replacement parts.Execute repairs and preventive maintenance of equipment and systems.Develop electronic/electrical layouts and schematics of the facility inspected.Perform other related duties as required by the Maintenance Engineer or COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.QualificationsBachelor of Science degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic, or equivalent.Interested candidates can send their CVs to: Hr-assistant@fajergroup.com#J-18808-Ljbffr
