Responsibilities: Support the Commercial Manager and/or Sales Manager by executing assigned commercial&sales tasks dutifully and with a high degree of passion for selling. Compile and create commercial reports and statistics on request of the Commercial Manager. Plan and execute detailed action plans to support revenue generation in your assigned customer segment and beat the competition. Support the Commercial Manager administratively when preparing budgets, strategy plans, forecasts, or marketing/PR plans. Actively and independently manage allocated accounts to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Help to ensure that all rates are loaded correctly in systems/channels. Invest time in searching for innovative approaches to generate revenue (also in F&B), sharing them on a regular basis with the Commercial Manager. Take time to be a great host and engage with guests in our hotel daily: greet friendly and with a smile on your face, do a bit of small talk, ask for their feedback and enquire what you and your colleagues can do to make their guest experience an even better one! #J-18808-Ljbffr
