As a Finance Manager of our Oil & Gas sector, you are required to review of partners / joint ventures accounts, preparation of group management accounts and delivery of consolidated monthly management accounts and board reports. Working with senior stakeholders in managing the groups budgeting and forecasting process and be required to support in key decision making.ResponsibilitiesManagement and development of the Finance TeamEnsure the management reporting information produced using consolidation tools, is reconciled with and consistent with our audited annual accountsProvide accounting technical support to the business on proposed ventures and impact assessments of new financial reporting pronouncementsFinancial modelling; to facilitate the production of business plans and reporting for technical accounting and corporate entitiesManage and produce the full statutory consolidations as part of the annual reporting process and drive improvement in the consolidation process in terms of both efficiency of the process and the quality and robustness of the output.Drive acceleration in audit process by working with the wider finance teamProduction and consolidation of group budgets and financial plansProduction of monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends and forecastsDevelopment of business wide financial controls, risk management and corporate governance proceduresSupporting the Executive Management on key initiatives such as finance restructuring, M&A projects and systems implementation projectsProviding insights and responses to parent company questionsOverseeing group cash-flow, preparation of forecasts and treasury managementConsolidation of weekly site flash reportsBuilding value-adding relationships with senior operational management across the business to drive improved financial performanceQualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance or related filed. Accounting qualification CA, ACCA, CPA, CMAAt least 10 years’ experience in total. Minimum 5 years in a Finance Manager level position.Experience in Oil & Gas Sector#J-18808-Ljbffr
