Set targets, create performance plans, and maintain standards for sales representatives, and manage the sales team and division.Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management.SkillsBS/MS degree in IT or a related field.12+ years of experience in IT sales and sales management, with a proven track record of success.Knowledge of IT products, services, and solutions.Expertise in IT sales and new technology product approval and introduction.Proven track record in sales and sales management.Business development skills to take the product of introduction to approved and business opportunities.Strong problem-solving skills.Expert in delivering impactful presentations, compelling demonstrations, and persuasive technical proposals that underscore the value proposition of products.Able to work and lead teams.Experience in leading and motivating a sales team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
