You must be based in RAK.Preference given to candidates who can start immediately.Must have proven experience with Warehouse and Inventory managementIf you meet all three criteria, please read on:Inventory and Warehouse Management:Oversee development and management of Inventory and Warehousing for a manufacturing company.Advise and implement labelling methods like barcoding, RFID tags.Advise on improvements to system - for effective transportation of materials from each areaStock and procure factory consumables for warehousing effectively.Prepare and maintain daily stock that includes raw materials, semi-finished and finished goodsPrepare and maintain summary of all items being produced, sold, dispatched (collected or sent).Prepare and maintain raw material arrival report, material return reports from customersDevelop and implement inventory control systems and practicesMaintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock.Conduct regular stock assessments, reconcile discrepancies, and update records to ensure accuracy.Establish & follow systems to ensure ensure smooth order generation & fulfilment.Work closely with production, logistics, sales and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.Ensure maximum (cost and time effective) dispatches to avoid delays in meetings customer orders.Expedite delays, solve internal problems and work closely with all teams to avoid repeated scenario.Lead ERP implementation relevant to Logistics, Warehousing and Inventory.Create an excellent system for raw material to finished goods, with efficient floor plan mapping.Be attentive and responsive in time to client requests and concerns for dispatch related matters.Lot system implementation - implement a system to store materials, having mapped out the journey on from raw material to finished goods to delivery bay.Overlook on-loading and off-loading of products from delivery vehicles. Create a system for inventory management, delivery schedules, and supervision of these respective areas.Ensure orders are entered in ERP System with details like product standards, delivery and payment terms.Maintain confidentiality of details like price, contracts, customer details etc,Will have to occasionally deal with customer grievances of serious nature and negotiate mutually agreeable solutions to ensure customer goodwill and avoid loss of business.Liaise with operations / customers and internally on order request and shipment/ deliveryManage and resolve shipping related matters with warehouse, logistics and supply chain department.Responsible for action plans under company to support overall inventory and warehouse management.Accurate inventory logging of materials via ERP for dispatch.Perform regular stock checks for onloading and offloading and reporting any issues to the managementPrepare daily attendance record of warehouse and inventory workers including overtime.Prepare and maintain all ISO related documents related to dispatch, logistics and warehousing.Call for meetings as and when needed, for effective team work and inter-departmental relations.Take a leadership role, to bring more harmony and effectiveness to the organization.Escalate any issues or concerns to management and owners in good time, and always explore and present solutions, when you present a concern or a problem.#J-18808-Ljbffr
