Job Summary:The Sales Director is responsible for leading and managing the sales teams to achieve the company's ambitious revenue and growth goals. This role requires strategic planning, strong team leadership, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners. The Sales Director will work closely with the sales manager and their sales team to ensure meeting company targets and drive growth plans.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans for the whole sales organization comprised of multiple vertical divisions, and meet or exceed revenue targets for the organization.Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, including regional sales managers, account executives, and sales representatives.Coach and mentor sales personnel to improve their sales skills and bring them up to world-class level.Enhance the sales team approach from reactive sales to proactive sales.Work closely with the business development team to grow the business with new product and market reach.Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted initiatives to drive growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers to expand the company's customer base.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and new products/services to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management.Qualifications:BS/MS degree in Business or a related field.18+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, preferably in the industrial trading industry, with a proven track record of success.Experience in the Saudi Arabian market.Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and driving double-digit revenue growth.Preferred Skills:Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve long-term growth objectives.Team Leadership: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade.Client Relationship Management: Proven track record of building and maintaining long-term relationships with key clients and partners.Adaptability: Ability to navigate changing market conditions, competitive landscape, and customer needs.Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Proficient in using CRM.In-depth knowledge of industrial trading business.Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.Strong commercial acumen and business acumen.#J-18808-Ljbffr
