As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month. Responsibilities: - Install pipes and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, bathtubs, water heaters - Repair or replace broken or leaky pipes and fixtures - Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues - Perform regular maintenance on plumbing systems - Collaborate with contractors and other construction workers to ensure plumbing systems are properly installed - Follow building codes and safety standards - Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven experience as a Plumber or similar role - Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions - Knowledge of local building codes and regulations - Strong troubleshooting skills - Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces - Attention to detail and good time-management skills Preferred Qualifications: - Certification from a trade school or apprenticeship program - Previous experience working on construction sites - Experience using hand and power tools Benefits: This is a contract position with the possibility of extension.
