Job Description We are currently looking for dynamic and self-motivated female Recreation professionals who want to move their careers forward. As a Spa Attendant, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective running of the spa by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. Your role will include key responsibilities such as: Coordinate with the spa team on the daily operation of the spa to ensure smooth and effective running. Manage all spa ‘back of house’ duties including the laundry of linens. Prepare spa area for guests and refreshments. Keep all spa areas clean and tidy at all times and deliver high standards of cleaning services. Welcome and offer refreshments to all spa guests. Ensure spa operation follows SOP guidelines and regulations. Handle all customer queries and provide usage reports on linens and consumables. Assist with stock control and inventory for spa products, consumables, and linens. Skills Education, Qualifications&Experiences You should ideally have a diploma in hospitality or vocational training within the hotel industry. A good command of English and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Knowledge&Competencies The ideal candidate will be customer-driven with excellent guest service skills and the ability to handle queries. You should be a positive, smiley, and humble individual with an approachable character.
