A semi-government hospital in Taif, is hiring the Healthcare / Hospital Warehouse Supervisor.Job Summary:The Healthcare Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital warehouse, ensuring the efficient management, storage, and distribution of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals. The role involves supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare warehousing and an understanding of the specialized storage and handling requirements for medical goods.Key Responsibilities:Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing medical supplies and equipment.Ensure accurate inventory management, maintaining optimal stock levels and preventing shortages or overstocking.Implement and enforce healthcare-specific storage procedures, including temperature control, expiration date tracking, and safe handling of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment.Ensure that all warehouse activities comply with hospital policies, healthcare regulations, and safety standards.Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment as per their needs.Manage the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and generate reports.Oversee and train warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to warehouse procedures and safety protocols.Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance with healthcare requirements.Collaborate with the procurement department to ensure timely restocking and resolve any supply chain issues.Oversee proper labeling, packing, and handling of sensitive medical items to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards.Monitor warehouse equipment and request maintenance or replacement as necessary.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
