As a Colleague Accommodation Attendant, you are responsible for ensuring and maintaining hygienic accommodation for all colleagues. Key responsibilities include: Clean all common areas of the accommodation. Ensure cleanliness and hygiene is maintained at all times, especially in the bathrooms. Clean all public areas in and around the accommodation. Ensure that maintenance requests regarding any repair and maintenance requirements in the accommodation are immediately made and follow up on pending maintenance requests. Prepare room for new associates arriving as per the SOPs. Ensure accommodation of the new associate is in hygienic and good condition. Maintain an inventory of all new linen purchased for the colleagues. Maintain the furniture store of the accommodation. Clear all garbage on a daily basis. Report any complaints from the associates regarding the accommodation to the Director of Human Resources / Human Resources Manager. Ensure that no misuse of equipment or FF&E in the accommodation is taking place. Skills Education, Qualifications&Experiences You should ideally have a high school qualification with previous experience in a related discipline. A good command of English is required, and computer skills are an advantage. Knowledge&Competencies The ideal candidate will be helpful, courteous, and possess a positive attitude. You should have the ability to perform with a high standard of social skills enabling you to interact effectively with other colleagues.
