JOB PURPOSE:Estimating total project cost at completion for complex projectsDeveloping, updating and maintaining project budget and forecastingLeading all cost control activities within a project operational roleMAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:Sets up cost control proceduresSets up budget and the specific tool to follow the project costEstimates total forecasts, quantity, cost and expected outcomeProvides support to the risk manager to prepare the quantitative risk analysisApproves commitment control and vendor/subcontract invoicesAssists project manager in optimizing and improving budgeted profitsGenerates monthly internal project management review (PMR) and external status reports (client reports)Develops cash flows on a monthly basisDevelops statistical and close-out reports, with a view towards improving feedback data and estimation tools on future contracts and proposalsEnsures compliance with standards, policies, and other applicable company proceduresManages the project cost control teamSupports Finance on hedging of foreign exchange rate risksContributes to lessons learned through the projectREQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalentFluency in EnglishKnowledge of cost control tools and methodologiesSolid analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to establish good relationships and cooperation with colleagues#J-18808-Ljbffr
