This particular role focuses on managing anchor and regional assets projects, which are critical to the development and growth of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Responsibilities:Lead and manage anchor and regional assets projects from initiation to completionDevelop and implement project plans, strategies, and budgetsEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standardsManage project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project successCoordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and government authoritiesIdentify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standardsPrepare project reports, presentations, and other deliverablesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldMinimum of 20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on anchor and regional assets projectsProven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budgetStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentKnowledge of relevant industry standards and regulationsExperience in the Saudi Arabian construction industry is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
