They specialize in energy-efficient technologies such as pumping, mixing, and separation, tailored specifically for the industry.Key AccountabilitiesOverall responsibility for all assigned project deliverables including but not limited to hardware, financial and commercial outputs, dispute management, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.Ensuring assigned project profitability and accountability.Launching assigned projects in a timely and professional manner.Arranging timely client and internal kick-off meetings and complete relevant project handover documentation.Developing and maintain relationships with key functions within CSS to drive Engineering, Procurement, and Production.Providing timely customer quotations on established CSS projects aligning with financial objectives.Ensuring timely completion of project milestones, adherence to budgets, and provide feedback to colleagues.Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers to reduce commercial risk and maximize future business opportunities.Providing clearly defined responsibilities for CSS colleagues and client contacts.Producing reliable invoicing, Gross Profit, and Cash forecasts for assigned projects.Managing project finances ensuring appropriate fund expeditions in accordance with forecasts.Managing project-related documentation to facilitate timely project close-outs.Managing project commercial close-outs to maximize cash flow and minimize financial penalties while maintaining customer relationships.Participating in and actively support company initiatives.Familiarity with environmental aspects and impacts of activities involved in the role and relevant procedures to manage them.Familiarity with risks and hazards within role activities and procedures to mitigate them.Performing all other duties relevant to the post.Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceWe Are Looking For:HND in engineering or business discipline and/or relevant experience within related industry.15-20 years of Experience in managing projects.Experience in contract negotiation in a commercial environment.Supplier/Customer management experience.General computer skills.Communication, negotiation, persuasion Skills.Relationship management.Commercial acumen.Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.```#J-18808-Ljbffr
