Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.Conduct risk assessments and safety audits of facilities, equipment, and activities to identify hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions and preventive measures.Provide safety training and education to employees, volunteers, contractors, and other stakeholders to promote awareness, knowledge, and compliance with safety requirements and protocols.Monitor and enforce safety regulations and practices in all areas of the football club, including stadiums, training facilities, offices, and events, to prevent accidents, injuries, and incidents.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes, contributing factors, and corrective actions, and prepare reports documenting findings and recommendations.Collaborate with departmental managers, coaches, and event organizers to integrate safety considerations into operational plans, event management processes, and emergency response procedures.Implement, maintain and update emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, and crisis management protocols to ensure readiness and effectiveness in responding to emergencies and disasters.Liaise with external stakeholders, including local authorities, emergency services, regulatory agencies, and safety organizations, to exchange information, coordinate activities, and address safety-related issues and concerns.Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of safety equipment, personal protective gear, fire suppression systems, and emergency preparedness supplies to ensure functionality and compliance with standards.Stay informed about emerging trends, developments, and regulations in safety management and incorporate best practices and innovations to continuously improve safety performance.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, environmental health, engineering, or a related field; professional certification (OSHA) preferred.Minimum of 3 – 6 years of experience in safety management, risk assessment, and accident prevention, preferably in a sports or entertainment venue setting.#J-18808-Ljbffr
