Ensure consistently high operating standards in every area of Housekeeping and Laundry, as identified by the hotel brand standards. Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of all Housekeeping and Laundry Team Members with an emphasis on training and teamwork. Provide excellent guest service. Actively work on availability and release of Rooms for Guest Service along with Floor Housekeeping Supervision. Manage the controls of the Housekeeping department, such as frequency of employees, release of master keys, booking incidents, and input/output of uniforms and linen. Responsible for checking daily guest information in CRM and ensuring that preferences and requests are met on time. Request flowers for special occasions (marriage, death, maternity) and provide embroidery for special linen (wedding and pampering). Control and make monthly Lost and Found and donations. Check uniforms and send for cleaning and/or repair. Coordinate and control all traffic of documents and people within the department, including releasing linen from Laundry daily. Process daily guest clothing releases for guests utilizing the laundry service. Conduct monthly closing of Laundry expenses and provisions. Replace Laundry Attendant in case of holidays, days off, or absences. #J-18808-Ljbffr
