As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth for our company. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales or business development.Responsibilities:Market Research and Analysis:Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities.Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to formulate strategic plans.Lead Generation:Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on the company's strategic goals.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Understand clients' needs and customize solutions to meet their business objectives.Proposal Development:Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.Negotiate terms and close agreements with clients to achieve sales targets.Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.Performance Tracking and Reporting:Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to management.Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Requirements:3-5 Years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or a relevant role.Must have experience in the Finance service Industry.Preferred: Candidates having a Driving License.Strong knowledge of market research and sales strategies.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to AED 5,000.00 per monthExperience:UAE Financial Service: 2 years (Required)UAE Business Developments: 4 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 16/09/2024#J-18808-Ljbffr
