Job Description - Service Representative (008VUC)Service Representative - 008VUCResponsibilities:Comply with safety and cyber security policies, practices, and procedures.Understand scope of work, respect time allocation to perform job, and ensure full traceability (timesheet, change order, etc.).Organize the required project site logistics (site huts, tools, etc.).Coordinate with customer for entry gate pass, work permit, etc.Coordinate with sales team to propose suitable solutions.Experience in ATS, PLC, and automation activities.Experience in power quality and network audits.Experience in power factor correction and active and passive harmonics filters.Perform startup/commissioning on Schneider Electric products and possible competition equipment.Schedule site weekly activity including resources for long-term projects.Monitor and report on the job progress for long-term projects.Allocate appropriate resources and monitor external cabling in accordance with the cable schedule. Insulation check of all external control cables verification and documentation.Use all digital tools designed for SE FSR.Analyze and explain report results to customers and management.Escalate quality or technical issues detected in the field.Track installed base (serviceable assets).Advise customers on different opportunities to optimize their install base and create lead generation business opportunities.Prepare and compile the as-built installation documentation and cable schedule.Proactive participation in team collective initiatives and management meetings to achieve departmental and company goals (SIM1).Support planners, coordinators, and project managers to understand customer site conditions.Understand Ecostruxure offer and provide technical explanations to customers.Coordinate with the customer during job progress and attend daily/weekly site meetings.Lead or contribute to Field Services small projects coordination and execution on customer site (end of life, modernization, upgrade, etc.).Get signature from customer for acceptance after the execution of on-site work.Properly document, label, and return all defective parts utilized in the repair of equipment to the designated disposal/repair location.Develop innovative solutions to more complex technical problems that arise during start-up and maintain the record for future reference.Research, evaluate, and recommend new products or equipment upgrades that will meet customer needs.Assist Schneider Electric Service Partners in site visits, evaluating technical and professional performance.Qualifications:Experience in MV/LV switchgears, transformers, PLCs, power factor corrections, power quality audit, and VFDs.Quality of service of related jobs.Customer quality claims of related jobs.Must comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.#J-18808-Ljbffr
