Ensure visitors/calls are dealt with in a welcoming, courteous and professional manner, seeking to anticipate their needs where possibleEnsure guests and visitors to site are greeted with a courteous friendly manner with informing their host promptlyEnsure image of front of house is maintainedProcess and monitor requests to book meeting rooms / training rooms, ensuring all requirements are satisfied. (AV, seating layout, hospitality, climate). Monitor conference room booking system, ensure we deliver a proactive and professional service to clientLog, monitor, update helpdesk calls for faults and required improvements; update and complete when applicableMaintain and actively work on the Reception filing system, keeping it up to date and within the CBRE procedureEnsure that clients security and emergency procedures are adhered to at all times, taking an active role in an evacuation of the building as laid down in the Incident Control proceduresLiaise with security to ensure overall service to users in the building is maintainedMaintain security and safety standards as required, ensuring that visitors are escorted and contractors do not have access to areas without the appropriate authorisation or supervision maintainedContinually communicate building issues to end users, client and CBRE Management team. Escalate urgent issues identified through to the Facilities SupervisorMonitoring and procurement of stationary office consumablesTo work within the requirements of the clients / CBRE Health & Safety Policy, ensuring that all non-conformances and opportunities for improvement are reported to the Facilities Management TeamWork with and support other members of the teamFollow all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined on work instructions or communicated in trainingCarry out any other reasonable tasks as and when required as requested by CBRE FM team.
