The E&I QC Engineer is responsible for the content of the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and project quality plan according to customer’s and Flowserve’s specifications and international standards. The right candidate shall have direct experience in Pump's OEM and/or skid mounted equipment manufacturing industry. The E&I QC Engineer reports directly to the Quality Supervisor.Preparing and defining test and inspection requirements for the required projects such as ITP and procurement specifications.Attend inspection/expediting activities according to notification.Preside over Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIM).Implement quality activities on manufactured equipment/materials as per approved ITP/Procedures.Review and endorse vendor/manufacturer test reports/records (IRB, MDRB).Preparation of Inspection Reports/Expediting Reports.Conduct shop and desk expediting.Review and verify punch list/non-conformances.Issue Inspection Release Certificates.Prepare Inspection Disposition Reports (IDR).Coordinate with project coordinator, client, vendor, and quality personnel for proper execution of assignments.Perform sourcing inspection for electrical equipment such as Motors, LOS and participate in FAT.And any other duties assigned.Required Qualification and Experience:B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with 5-7 years relevant experience in Pump's OEM and/or skid mounted equipment manufacturing environment.Conversant with Saudi Aramco Standards requirements and holding QM01, QM02, QM21 & QM36 qualifications.Knowledge of NEMA, NFPA 70E, NFPA 72, IEC, NEC, IEEE standards.Knowledge of inspection equipment generally found in pump skids and instrumentation assembly and test operations.Certified internal/Lead Auditor 9001:2015.Knowledge of established quality standards, laws, and regulations of national and international standards.Flexible, eager to learn, accurate, analytical with a positive, can-do attitude.Flexibility and willingness to travel.Good interpersonal, communication, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.Operational Excellence & High Level of Customer Service Standard.Job Family Group: EngineeringJob Family: EN Quality EngineeringEOE including Disability/Protected Veterans.
