Job Summary: Lead and Manage the IT Project Portfolio (ITPP) and IT *** and OPEX planning and execution to support the IT Director with the executive information and insights for decision making in order to achieve the targeted financial and value realization goals for the entire IT organization. Support on the elaboration of the business cases (Return of Investment) for new IT projects and orchestrate with the business area experts and business process owners the identification of business value and alignment with the IT and Business Strategy. Define the proper KPIs to measure and control the ITPP and establish corrective actions when required. Lead the annual budget (*** and OPEX) proposal for the IT area and, once approved, prepare regular execution forecasts accordingly.Job Duties and Responsibilities:Assist the IT Director in the definition and strategic planning and the components of IT Project Portfolio and Business Programs and collaborate in the formulation of the IT Strategic PlanLead the configuration of the annual *** and OPEX proposal addressing the business needs and evolutionary aspects of the Applications and Infrastructure components.Define and establish the proper KPIs to measure and control the IT Project Portfolio execution and properly address status, issues and corrective actions when required.Monitor the monthly IT expenses, open purchase requisitions/orders and service contracts to properly analyse the total IT expenses forecast VS the authorized OPEX budget. Support the Project Managers on the elaboration of the business cases and/or Return of Investment and Risk Assessments for all type of IT initiatives and projects.Collaborate and interact with IT Project Leaders/Managers on the elaboration of regular project status report addressing achievements, due dates, and issues, constraints or roadblocks to be escalated to the IT Direction and/or the Project stakeholders.Collaborate defining the Application landscape and IT products and services evolution. Lead the research and technical-economical evaluation of new software applications, infrastructure components and emerging technologies. Identify vendors and establish partnerships to reduce the time-to-market and TCO for the implementation of new technologies.Safeguard the organization's information assets by assuring compliance with the IT security and cybersecurity standards.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, Business Administration, or equivalent.Experience: 10+ years of experience leading complex Technical Projects. 3+ years of experience as Project Management Officer or Managing the IT Project Portfolio for multinational organizations.
