Fire Equipment InspectorEram Talent is currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Fire Equipment Inspector to join our team. As a leading Talent Acquisition Consultancy, Eram Talent specializes in providing outstanding recruitment solutions across various industries.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform daily testing, inspection and coordinate maintenance activities of fire protection systems for company assets.Report to the Fire Inspection Coordinator on the daily status of impaired fire protection systems.Ensure that site fire protection systems are tested, inspected and maintained as per Loss Prevention Principles.Report and track deficiencies found during inspections.Assist the technical services manager with auditing and root cause investigation of fire protection system failures.Ensure that all testing and inspections of fire protection systems are conducted on schedule and that no past due inspections occur according to NFPA and Sadara Loss Prevention Principles.Conduct/witness acceptance testing for fire protection systems when mechanical completion or return to service.Issue work permits, fire protection impairments for Emergency Services department assets.Create and track work orders, MOCs and PRs related to Emergency Services department assets.Inspection duties include but are not limited to: Fire Alarm and Detection, Wet, Foam, Pumps, Hydrants, Monitors, Gas and Life Safety Code Inspections.Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/manager.RequirementsEssential: High school diplomaStrong knowledge of fire equipment and safety codes.Required: 4, 5, 7, or 9 years of working experience depending on the grade code level.Ability to conduct inspections and tests on fire equipment.Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify deficiencies or repairs needed.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Fire safety certification or training is preferred.BenefitsSalary is not a constraint; the company is looking for the right candidate.#J-18808-Ljbffr
