As a Lobby Host, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. What You Will Be Doing Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor as they arrive at the lobby. Prepare and serve welcome drinks to guests. Ensure that the drink station is always stocked and presentable. Provide guests with fresh, clean towels upon arrival. Take initiative to add a personalized experience. Qualifications Your experience and skills include: Minimum 1 year of experience as Guest Relations for a 5 Star Resort in UAE. Being multi-lingual (Arabic, German, Russian, French) would be a plus. Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders. Strong communication and networking skills.
