JOB PURPOSE: Estimating total project cost at completion for complex projects Developing, updating and maintaining project budget and forecasting Leading all cost control activities within a project operational role MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES: Sets up cost control procedures Sets up budget and the specific tool to follow the project cost Estimates total forecasts, quantity, cost and expected outcome Provides support to the risk manager to prepare the quantitative risk analysis Approves commitment control and vendor/subcontract invoices Assists project manager in optimizing and improving budgeted profits Generates monthly internal project management review (PMR) and external status reports (client reports) Develops cash flows on a monthly basis Develops statistical and close-out reports, with a view towards improving feedback data and estimation tools on future contracts and proposals Ensures compliance with standards, policies, and other applicable company procedures Manages the project cost control team Supports Finance on hedging of foreign exchange rate risks Contributes to lessons learned through the project REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent Fluency in English Knowledge of cost control tools and methodologies Solid analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to establish good relationships and cooperation with colleagues #J-18808-Ljbffr
