JASARA PMC is seeking a Safety Expert with extensive experience in developing and implementing safety programs and procedures. As a Safety Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing safety initiatives, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance and training to employees. You will play a key role in ensuring a safe and compliant work environment for our employees.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement company-wide safety programs and proceduresConduct risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and develop preventive measuresProvide guidance and training to employees on safety practices and protocolsConduct investigations of safety incidents and develop corrective actionsStay current with industry best practices and regulations and make recommendations for continuous improvementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address safety concerns and ensure complianceRequirementsBachelor's / Masters's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum of 15 years of experience in the railway sector with emphasis in railway safety management. Must have worked on at least one O&M and projects supervision role in the railway industry. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standardsHave work experience in Saudi Arabia or another GCC countryExcellent communication and leadership skillsExperience in conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measuresRelevant certifications in safety management are strongly preferred (e.g., CSP, CHST)Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities#J-18808-Ljbffr
