This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.What are my responsibilities?Maintenance planning and execution.Ensure the correct resources are available for the scheduled work, in coordination with the Senior engineer.Ensure maintenance and repair activities of COM & SCADA are carried out to the work order schedule in CMMS and by maintenance manuals.Respond to unplanned or emergency repair works.Responsible for tracking and maintaining adequate stock levels for spare parts and tool availability and calibration.Delivery of in-house training courses for subordinates about COM Subsystem, tools, equipment, and machinery.Development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures and maintenance manuals.Co-ordinate work with other maintenance disciplines e.g. Signaling, Rail Electrification.Participate in the recruitment process for staff within their section.Deputize senior engineer in their absence.What do I need to qualify for this job?Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering or any equivalent.Has 5 years of experience in TELECOM Subsystems installation/maintenance/Testing and commissioning within metro systems or relevant fields.Has experience in working with Network Switches Routers and Firewall.Has experience in managing maintenance teams.Experience with inspection and adjustment of Fiber.Experience with maintaining Telecom Subsystems.What else do I need to know?As a world leader in developing and producing the most advanced technologies, we improve lives and further human achievements worldwide while also protecting the climate - all thanks to our employees.
