1. Manage the implementation of a digital media communications plan, relevant to all digital mediums such as online advertising and social media.2. Manage JEDCO and KAIA online presence, including the official website and social media platforms, through creating engaging content and responding to comments and inquiries.3. Manage the development of social media metrics to measure performance and refine social media strategies.4. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and inquiries or escalate them to the proper organizational unit, and manage online communities.5. Define content quality and continuously update information posted on JEDCO and KAIA’s digital media platforms.6. Develop and curate content for various digital channels, including blogs, videos, and infographics.7. Ensure that digital content aligns with the overall communication strategy and brand guidelines.8. Manage crisis communication plans for digital channels, ensuring a rapid and effective response to online issues.9. Carry out other job-related responsibilities as directed by the Line Manager.Job Summary:As a Senior Manager of Digital Communications, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital communication strategies to enhance the organization's online presence and engage with stakeholders effectively.Job Responsibilities:- Develop and execute digital communication plans in alignment with the organization's overall objectives.- Manage the organization's social media platforms and website to ensure consistent messaging and branding.- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics to track the success of communication campaigns.- Stay updated on digital trends and recommend innovative strategies to improve communication effectiveness.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive approach to digital communications.- Oversee the digital content creation process, including articles, videos, and graphics.Candidate Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.- Proven experience in digital communications or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, social media platforms, and content management systems.- Excellent analytical and project management skills.- Creative thinker with a track record of implementing successful digital communication strategies.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and lead a team to achieve goals.#J-18808-Ljbffr
