KGRN Chartered Accountants L.L.C Role : Executive - Business Development LOCATION : RAS AL KAIMAH Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth for our company. This role requires an individual with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record in sales or business development. Responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and new market opportunities. Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to formulate strategic plans. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals. Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities based on the company's strategic goals. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand clients' needs and customize solutions to meet their business objectives. Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and sales pitches. Negotiate terms and close agreements with clients to achieve sales targets. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team to develop marketing campaigns and promotional strategies. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and present findings to management. Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Requirements: 3-5 Years of proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or a relevant role. Must have experience in the Finance service Industry. Preferred: Candidates having a Driving License. Strong knowledge of market research and sales strategies. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
