Handling Direct Inquiries Respond to inbound calls and direct inquiries from potential clients, providing detailed information about RAK Properties’ offerings and addressing their specific needs. Lead Management Monitor and ensure that leads passed over to the sales team are being effectively managed and followed up, acting as an ambassador for the customer journey. Conversion and Incentives Work towards converting leads from campaigns into sales, with financial incentives provided for successful conversions. Customer Engagement Engage with clients to understand their requirements, advising them on property merits and terms of sale, ensuring they have all the information needed to make informed decisions. CRM Management Accurately document all client interactions, inquiries, and follow-up actions in the company’s CRM software (Bitrix), ensuring records are kept up-to-date. Sales Reporting Prepare and submit periodic sales activity reports to management, detailing the outcomes of direct inquiries and lead follow-ups, while identifying areas for improvement. Follow-Up Conduct follow-up communications with clients to answer further questions, provide additional information, and work towards closing sales. Customer Service Deliver high-quality customer service, effectively handling any concerns or complaints, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the sales process. Skill Sets Strong communication skills with excellent telephone manners. Fluency in English and at least one other language (English and Arabic, English and Russian, or other language combinations are a bonus). Quick and accurate computer skills, particularly in CRM systems. Ability to work in a target-driven environment with strong negotiation skills. High performance and driven, with the ability to work split shifts between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Background in real estate is a must. Ability to remain calm under pressure, especially when dealing with client inquiries. Confident, self-motivated, and proactive in managing customer journeys. Friendly personality and a team player with a positive attitude. Education&Experience Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Previous experience in real estate telesales, customer service, or a similar role handling direct inquiries, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in managing or overseeing customer journeys and ensuring high standards of lead management. Experience in working with financial incentives related to sales performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
