Manager of External Communication We are looking for a dynamic Manager of External Communication to oversee all communication activities related to corporate events. The ideal candidate will ensure consistent messaging and alignment with corporate goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute communication plans for events. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners. Manage event logistics and budgets. Create engaging content for event promotions. Develop key messages and talking points. Build relationships with media contacts. Draft and distribute media materials. Track and analyze communication strategies and event outcomes. Review and improve procedures and policies. Promote creativity, innovation, and corporate sustainability within the team. Ensure practices meet corporate excellence standards. Uphold company confidentiality, privacy, security, and safety standards. Requirements: To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in event management, with 3 years in a leading role. Minimum 2 years in external communication. Extensive experience in organizing events related to power, energy, or utilities, in either an in-house or agency-based role. Experience in curating an event, managing an event from A to Z, and managing the budget for any type of events. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
