We are currently looking for highly skilled and motivated Service Technicians to join our team and provide support for customer projects and services. Please find the details below:Responsibilities:Staging Activities:Setting up servers, workstations, switches, and monitors.Connecting cables as per System Architecture.Supporting Pre-FAT/FAT of hardware.Packing and preparing equipment for shipment.Site Support Activities:Replacing workstations/servers in existing consoles.Laying down F.O and CAT-6 cables.Performing cable dressing inside cabinets.Labeling cables accurately.Replacing switches as needed.Other Activities:Supporting our engineers during loop-checks with minimum supervision.Assisting in setting up systems, powering up cabinets, and conducting visual inspections.Qualifications:Post-secondary education in Industrial Engineering.Previous experience in a similar technical role, preferably in customer projects and services.Knowledge of cable connections and cable management.Familiarity with hardware testing procedures.Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Effective communication and teamwork skills.Schedule:Full-timeReq:008ZJY#J-18808-Ljbffr
