Answer telephone calls and connect them to their appropriate extensions. Ensure that mise en place levels are kept to standards. Meet, greet and seat guests in a professional and efficient manner. Clear and reset tables and operational areas. Ensure high standards are met for guests to enjoy their experience. Assist in departmental administrative tasks.
