Requisition ID: 12243Job Country: ((country))Job City: ((filter3))DAR Engineering, a leading design & engineering consulting organization in Saudi Arabia engaged in Power Generation, Electrical Transmission & Distribution, Health Care & High Rise BuildingsResponsibilities:Assessing the risk management practices and recommending plans for building risk management programs.Developing and communicating the annual Process Risk Management plan and monitoring its progress.Prioritizing the requirements for risk response identification.Analyzing risk process performance against established metrics to drive risk process improvements.Liaising with the team of professional planners and supporting the Project Controls Lead in all Upstream.Engaging with various downstream entities as required – PMO, PMC, Contractors, etc.Establishing, reviewing, and updating Risk Management plans according to the best international standards (ISO, PMI).Managing the updating of the Project risk register based on the risk management meetings or the project updated reports.Conducting risk meetings and workshops with the project team and stakeholders to identify new risks, update the consequences, and risk action plan along with the risk owner.Developing and maintaining a risk matrix identifying dependencies and the impacts of not meeting scheduled dates.Monitoring projects and ensuring that an adequate and robust Risk Management process is under active management.Tracking significant risks to ensure that they are being systematically identified, recorded, evaluated, actively managed, regularly re-evaluated, and communicated across the program.Developing presentations and dashboards summarizing the status of the project and program risks.Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on project performance using qualitative and quantitative tools.Reviewing and analyzing data/schedule received from the other organizations (Designers, PMCs, and Contractors).Preparing progress presentations and supporting internal and upstream reporting for the clients.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a related field.Minimum 6 years related experience in Risk Management in construction supervision.High-rise construction project experience is a plus.Working knowledge of site procedures and the relevant international standards and specifications.Must be a certified Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP).Excellent communication skills, both in presentation and documentation with a good command of English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
