Job SummaryThe responsibility is to assist in Testing and Commissioning field operations support for our engineers, technician and clients. The Operations Dept. is responsible for overall Testing & Commissioning management including bid tendering, contractor selection, cost tracking, field operations, field supervision, quality control, data analysis, as well as HSE management.Job ResponsibilitiesProvides new and innovative solutions to clients' needs by proposing advanced techniques for testing and commissioning activities following global best practices.Offers on-the-job and classroom training to the team and keeps them updated on the latest changes in technology and methodology.Develops Dept. Plans at the beginning of all field operations.Collaborates with HSE Engineer to support the safety program.Travels to worksites to conduct safety audits of various subcontractors.Assists in developing, implementing, and managing the Test and Commissioning Strategy to ensure project Special Systems fulfill all related contractual obligations.Prepares and ensures timely submission of project-wise timesheets according to the company's standards.Arranges for the preparation and submission of all testing and commissioning plans as required by the contract.Reviews all testing and commissioning plans before submission.Additional ResponsibilitiesJob Knowledge & Skills• Knowledge in T & C Project software.• PMP, FIDIC preferred.• T & C Management• Crisis Management & Resolution• Risk Analysis Management• Design & Development Engineering• Financial Management• ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills, are required to be successful in this role.Job Experience4 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years as an Engineer in Operation/T & C Dept.Competencies• Accountability• Electrical power design L3• ELV cabling L3• Electrical wiring L3• Voltage drop calculation L3• Electrical load diagrams/schedules and calculation L3• Collaboration• Leadership• Quality• ResilienceEducationBachelor's Degree in Engineering#J-18808-Ljbffr
