As an Indian national, you will play a critical role in implementing process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence within our organization.Key Responsibilities:- Conduct time and motion studies to analyze and improve workflow processes- Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and reduce costs- Develop and maintain production standards and guidelines for efficiency- Utilize data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization- Train employees on new processes, equipment, and technologies to drive continuous improvement culture- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established standards and proceduresRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies- Experience with time studies, process mapping, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, etc.- Proficiency in data analysis software such as Minitab or Tableau- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present data and recommendations- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment- Willingness to work flexible hours when necessaryPreference will be given to Indian nationals who have experience working in the industrial sector.
