Job Title: Account ManagerJob Location: Saudi Arabia, RiyadhSalary Range: NegotiableStatus: Permanent, full-timeExperience: At least 3 years related working experience (Required)Job Responsibilities:Identifying and developing new accounts to help the business gain greater market share;Accomplishing sales and margin targets by selling telecom and IT products and services such as IPLC, MPLS VPN, IP Transit, data centre and IT integrated solutions in the assigned regions;Working closely with other internal senior staff and external parties to organise various components needed to initiate, run and conclude sales projects by following sales policies, practices, and procedures;Developing and constructing good resources for providing services and products for our company;Analysing sales figures, undertaking market research, and preparing proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities;Building and maintaining effective relationships and a high level of satisfaction with direct decision-makers of clients;Involving in the development of new products and services to satisfy demand from clients, keeping up to date with products and maintaining a high standard level of services;Being responsible for all relevant issues within the Account Manager function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines;Proposing working processes for approaching clients and selling services of our company;Fulfilling all working targets set by your line manager and providing weekly reports to your line manager.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above;Strong sales experience and project management skills, ideally focusing on enterprise business within IT and telecom fields;Knowledge of IT and telecom products and services;Previous working experience in sales of comprehensive telecommunications or IT services in the Middle East (preferred);Excellent communication and people skills;Excellent customer service manner;Language skills: Mandarin and English are essential; local language speaker (Arabic) will be a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
