As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all sales activities and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for the Indian market. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the Indian market and increase sales. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Indian market. Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets. Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. Develop pricing strategies to remain competitive in the Indian market. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry, preferably in the Indian market. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
