Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets for air and sea freight forwarding services.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure profitable business deals.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and competitive.Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.Provide leadership, mentorship, and training to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services and expand our network.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales within the air and sea freight forwarding industry.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.In-depth knowledge of air and sea freight forwarding operations, regulations, and market dynamics.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and other sales tools.Willingness to travel as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
