Job Context: working as an Accounting Manager You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial documents, compliance with regulatory standards, and the efficient management of accounting processes. Key Accountabilities The position involves: Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department including ledger maintenance, revenue, payroll, and other accounting activities. Monitoring and analyzing accounting data to produce accurate financial reports or statements. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles to ensure compliance with regulations. Coordinating and completing annual audits, improving systems and procedures for enhanced financial reporting and data accuracy. Setting up and overseeing accounting software and systems, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest financial legal requirements. Providing recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities. Managing and supervising the accounting team to achieve departmental goals. Knowledge, Skills, And Experience We are Looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in an accounting role with at least 3 years in a managerial position. Strong understanding of accounting standards (GAAP or IFRS) and taxation regulations. Proven experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
