Logistics Coordinator (UAE Nationals Only), Umm Al Quwain - Johnson Controls International What You Will Do: Logistics Coordinator is a key role reporting to the Senior Plants Manager and is responsible for providing efficient support and ensuring the success of procurement and logistic activities, while providing efficient utilization of resources in accordance with applicable standards. The Logistics Coordinator will be based in Umm Al Quwain and will be in charge of implementing administrative and logistics activities, overseeing clear records for all administration and logistic operations. How You Will Do It: Review contracts as per company's policies and procedures Prepare certificates of origin issued from the Chamber of Commerce and Economy Department Enter orders in the system and follow the entry process Enter order details in the Billing Tracker Sheet Check orders are clean for releasing the Shipping Instructions Coordinate with Logistics to release the Shipping Instructions and follow up for the shipping dates Track the EX-Factory dates and Shipping details Request billing once Terms of Sales are met with the customer Ensure that for all incoming orders and sales contracts, an order acknowledgment is received within a maximum of one week Handle all internal customer calls related to orders Prepare all presentations required as per Manager's instruction Execute work tasks as per Manager's instruction What We Look For: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a similar field 0-1 year of working experience / Intern experience in a similar field Fluency in English, both written and verbal Proficiency in Office programs and ERP systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
