Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive innovation plan, fostering excellence and piloting groundbreaking ideas. Identify global trends and best practices, leveraging them to enhance Abu Dhabi's position as a regional leader. Manage and motivate a high-performing team, setting direction, overseeing projects, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Establish and nurture relationships with innovation hubs and centres, securing access to cutting-edge tools and frameworks. Develop and implement frameworks, methodologies, and tools to optimise processes and drive operational efficiency. The Successful Applicant A strong educational background in Foresight, Innovation Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Bachelor's essential, Master's desirable). 12+ years of relevant experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership role. Proven expertise in corporate excellence, corporate governance, and developing/managing policies and manuals. A passion for innovation and a strong understanding of future trends and technologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience working in the Abu Dhabi semi-government sector is strongly desirable.
