The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis Responsible for leading the development and implementation of PIOC financial planning and analysis processes as well as budgeting reporting. This includes leading the financial models, forecasting future financial performance, leading the annual budget and presenting reports that support decision-making by senior management. Work closely with other departments to ensure that the company's financial goals are met. Responsibilities Developing, reviewing, and maintaining PIOC financial models for new businesses and projects to support AD Ports Group long-term strategic planning. Leading the financial analysis and monthly forecasting process to assess AD Ports Group, PIOC's financial performance and evaluate opportunities for improvement. Preparing and delivering reports and presentations to senior management that communicate PIOC's financial status, budget performance, cash collections, and packs for actuals. Leading benchmark exercise and staying up-to-date on financial trends and best practices. Establishing and maintaining robust internal control procedures to safeguard the company's assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting. Assisting IO business development team with the required information to facilitate the development of the business plan for new projects. Overseeing PIOC's budgeting process, supervising the budget performance, and recommending plans for enhancements with Corporate and internal stakeholders. Interpreting PIOC financial dashboards and managing the key financial analysis information to the senior leadership. People Management Responsibilities Providing effective leadership, supervision, and guidance to Planning&Analysis team. Fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and high performance. Managing the performance of direct reports, providing constructive feedback, and recognizing achievements. Ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members, as well as with other departments and external partners. Strategic Responsibilities Leading the process for month-end actuals reporting and all KPI reporting. Ensuring financial models and reporting are in line with required return and strategic objectives of the cluster. Participating in the formulation of the overall PIOC Financial strategy and ensuring the alignment of PIOC's objectives. Work closely with other departments to ensure that the company's financial goals are met. Educational and Technical Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or any relevant. Master's degree is a plus. Chartered accountancy or suitable accounting qualification is essential (CPA or CFA) A minimum of 12 years of experience in a similar role Experience with: Financial modeling and forecasting software Budgeting and forecasting processes Developing and delivering financial reports and presentations Managing a team of analysts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial software #J-18808-Ljbffr
