Min. Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering Purpose: The SupervisionGeotechnical Engineer will oversee and ensure the quality, safety, andcompliance of geotechnical engineering works. This role is critical inproviding technical expertise and supervision on-site to ensure that allgeotechnical aspects of construction project are executed according to designspecifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. KeyResponsibilities: Manage andsupervise geotechnical works, ensuring adherence to design specifications,safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Conductthorough on-site inspections and assessments to verify proper execution ofgeotechnical tasks, including evaluation of soil, rock, and groundwaterconditions. Collaborateclosely with project stakeholders, including project managers, civil engineers,and construction teams, offering technical guidance and support on geotechnicalmatters. Review,approve, and monitor geotechnical designs, reports, and calculations preparedby both internal teams and design consultant, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Facilitatethe implementation of quality control measures and best practices ingeotechnical engineering, while also providing comprehensive documentation,training, and mentoring to site staff. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. AMaster’s degree is preferred. Minimum of8 years of experience in geotechnical engineering. Strongknowledge of geotechnical principles, soil mechanics, foundation engineering,and related standards. Proficiencyin geotechnical software and tools used for analysis and design. Excellentcommunication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability towork effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
