He has plans of this role I am recruiting for developing into a Multi Sector Quality role where you will have an input into other sectors of the business after 24-32 Months of being within the business. You will have Project Quality Managers or Inspectors reporting into you for various areas . You will be capable of managing a multi national workforce of all different cultures and abilities . You will be able to manage effectively up and down gaining respect from members of your teams and also long term clients. Having had an office in the region for over 50 Number years with global / house hold name clients they have a good reputation in this sector .
