Position Summary UAE nationals are encouraged to apply New York University Abu Dhabi seeks to appoint a Associate Director, Coaching Education reporting to Director, Career Development for Stern at NYUAD. The incumbent will develop and execute Stern at Abu Dhabi MBA career coaching initiatives, conceptualize, and administer career programming (including workshops, e-learning, case interviews and seminars) for MBA students. Provide individual and group coaching to MBA students and collaborate with student-led organizations to develop innovative career-related programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and execute new and existing career programming. Provide coaching on topics such as self-assessment, resume review, mock interviews and job offer management and negotiation. Analyze student employment trends and career interests to inform career development efforts and corporate outreach Develop and conduct workshops on career-related topics (e.g. job search strategy, interviewing, networking, resume and cover letter writing and salary negotiations) for full-time MBA students. Create, edit and oversee production of workshop materials and handouts and prepare live and virtual presentations (i.e. webinars). Evaluate and hire professional speakers and recruit alumni volunteers to conduct career workshops Serve as a liaison with faculty, alumni and Stern student organizations to promote career programs and workshops, recommend and co-sponsor career activities with student organizations. Partner with related administrative teams to deliver coordinated services to students across the MBA program Provide individual and group career coaching to MBA students, evaluate career goals, interests and values; identify and recommend career development services including programs, workshops and resources available to enhance students’ career objectives; advise students regarding specific companies that offer career opportunities in line with the individual student’s career goals Represent Career Development Team and actively promote the advantages of hiring Stern students and graduates; promote success of Stern’s MBA students by establishing professional networks, sharing information through professional associations, and expanding business school affiliations both regionally and internationally Required Education: Bachelor's Degree Preferred Education: Master's Degree in business or education or equivalent degree Required Experience: 5+years experience in career coaching, program development or equivalent combination Ability to develop and conduct career seminars and workshops Excellent presentation skills (written and verbal) and organizational skills Demonstrated coaching and mentorship skills Ability to work effectively with internal and external partners Deep familiarity with industry/ies of choice for MBA students, including industry trends and in- demand skills Preferred Experience: 10+ years in an industry of choice for MBA students (e.g. management consulting, finance, tech, marketing, government) either in business or recruiting function Demonstrate extensive case interviewing experience with MBA-level students Aptitude in quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data in NYU systems and be able to strictly follow data privacy and security procedures for data handling and analysis to ensure adherence to legal and institutional standards #J-18808-Ljbffr
